Research Interests

My research focuses on AI for Biology, with a specialization in the AI Virtual Cell (AIVC). My core work involves:

  • Building foundation models using multi-modal data.
  • Predicting single-cell responses to perturbations.
  • Engineering agentic AIVCs to automate and accelerate biological discovery.
